Ivy Prep Butterfly Garden

The children learn about the metamorphosis process in the Ivy Prep Butterfly Atrium.  Students learn to properly handle butterflies, how to feed caterpillars, and provide nectar for butterflies.  We study the transformation from an egg, to a caterpillar, to a chrysalis, and then to a beautiful butterfly. 

Children have fun doing science experiments, learning about the scientific process, and using science tools for exploration.
